Steps to apply to become a tutor

1. Fill out this simple google form so we have on record that you are available for tutoring and what days: Tutor Sign Up Form
2. Fill out this independent contractor agreement: Independent Contractor Agreement
3. Complete a W9 tax form that we will need to provide you with a 1099 for tax reporting.
4. Jill Cali will host a training and interview.
5. Background check applications are accepted online.  There is at least a $35 fee, could be additional based on multiple states.  If you want reimbursed for this we will need a screenshot/receipt of your payment. Background Check

Once the initial background check is complete, you will receive two emails from KidTraks that will complete the process. Failure to complete KidTraks could delay employment.
